 What do you need to know before you begin?

 Use Outlook 2010 or latterly to release a communication from the spam counterblockade mailbox 

 Open the spam counterblockade mailbox in Outlook on a customer computer. 

 In the Mail view, find the communication you want to recover in the Inbox, and also double- click the communication to open it. 

In the Move section of the Ribbon, click conduct> Resend this Communication. 

 When the communication opens, click shoot to resend the communication to the intended philanthropist. 

 Note Resend this communication does not work on multiple dispatches. You need to resend them one at a time. 

 How do you know this worked? 

 To corroborate that you have successfully released the communication from the spam counterblockade mailbox, communicate the philanthropist and corroborate that they entered the communication.
